Dr Nashmie Cader

Dr. Nashmie Cader became a part Applebite dental in 2013. Born in Sri Lanka, Dr. Cader spent her growing years in New Zealand. She completed her graduation in 2009 from the University of Otago in New Zealand.

After she completed her Bachelor of Dental Science, Dr. Cader went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Implants) in 2016 from the University of Melbourne. She enjoys her job of carrying out restorative dental treatments for children and adults and is passionate about designing CEREC crowns, onlays, and inlays that are aesthetically pleasing. She also enjoys bringing back her patients’ confidence by improving their smiles through dental lasers and implant placements.

Dr. Cader can also communicate fluently in Sinhalese and Tamil.

Dr. Cader joined Applebite dental in 2013 and later went on complete her further studies by pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in the area of Implants, which she completed in 2016 from the University of Melbourne. Dr. Nashmie Cader was always interested in helping improve smiles. She quickly realised how dental implants can help do that by preventing bone loss and even replacing lost teeth. While complete her 2-year Graduate Diploma, Dr. Cader focused on furthering her knowledge in the fields of implant dentistry, oral surgery, and oral medicine to ensure seamless placement and restoration of implants in her patients at Applebite dental.
